Continuing Services Selection Process
The University of South Florida St. Petersburg announces that continuing professional services are required for the following disciplines:
Architecture (up to 3)
Construction Manager (up to 3)
Forms related to the selection process can be found by visiting the Resources section of our site.
Pre-submittal meetings will be held on February 17, 2014 at the following times:
Architect - 11:00 AM
Construction Manager - 9:00 AM
Both meetings will be held in Davis Hall, Room 104. Directions and campus maps.
Requests for meetings by individual firms will not be granted. It shall be noted that no communication shall take place between the applicants and the employees of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, except as provided at the Pre-Submittal Meeting. We also endeavor to maintain these needs by pursuing the following:
- Assurance that all Facilities Services work is in compliance with codes and University regulations, technically appropriate, planned with total system effects and efficiently completed.
- Assistance and support for the effort to ensure that all construction, modification and use of facilities is technically appropriate and provide for efficient maintenance and operation.
- Use of an efficient work order system to initiate, monitor and document pertinent aspects of work requested.
