CAREERS FOR ISS GRADUATES!

Graduates with the Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science are prepared to enter graduate school in a variety of social science or interdisciplinary programs. In addition, graduates have garnered critical skills for today's marketplace, including the ability to conduct original research, analyze complex social issues, identify connections across social categories such as gender, race and class, and present data and arguments orally in a professional manner. ISS graduates may pursue employment conducting public policy research and formulating plans for urban growth, to address environmental concerns, or meeting the social needs of a community. Research, policy formulation, community service and outreach to marginalized populations are just some of the jobs graduates of ISS may explore.
