The mission of the Student Business Organization (SBO) is to stimulate the members' interests in the study of accounting and business and to promote members' interests in the fields of accounting, finance, ISM, management, marketing, economics, and general business administration as professions.

We hold a variety of events throughout the year aimed at preparing students for success in the business world. SBO events fall into three primary categories: (1) Professional Development, (2) Social and (3) Community Service.
Past events include: (1) Resume Workshop, Mock Interviews, Salary Negotiations, Networking Seminar; (2) Spring/Fall Bash, Homecoming Week events, Bowling, Kayaking; and (3) Food Drives, Ronald McDonald House, and 'Art in the PARC' fundraiser.
