Financial Executives International (FEI)
The preeminent association for CFOs and other senior finance executives. FEI provides networking, timely updates, and continuing professional education (CPE) on subjects including: financial management and reporting; Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance; regulatory updates from the SEC and FASB; career management & executive level finance jobs and other finance & accounting jobs.

Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
The PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), is the largest non-governmental regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States.
