Welcome to the Strategic Planning homepage

The Planning, Effectiveness and Budget Committee (PEBC) presents an enhanced strategic plan entitled: "Points of Focus, 2009-2013." The document was built on the work of previous university strategic planning efforts and used the best available budget information. Each year, the University's strategic plan will be evaluated and updated by the PEBC.

"Points of Focus, 2009-2013" was approved by the Campus Board on January 26, 2010 and by the USF System Board of Trustees on June 24, 2010. To download a copy of Points of Focus, 2009-2013, please "click here."
