SERVICES & RATES
All of our personal training sessions are one hour in length. Our personal trainers are certified through one of the top national certification agencies such as ACSM, NSCA, ACE or NASM. Many of our trainers also have a degree in the field of Exercise Science or are currently pursuing their degree in such a field. We offer one on one personal training, buddy personal training, as well as group personal training.
One on One Training
During your first session you will meet with your personal trainer will be a fitness assessment ($20) to determine your fitness level and personalized your goals for your program. If you enjoy personalized attention or have specific goals, one on one training can help you reach those goals.
The benefits of buddy training is you get the knowledge and experience of a trainer and the accountability of a friend. The great thing is you have someone that is not your trainer and you can push each other. Also, an added bonus is you can save some money and get results.
Group Personal Training
$120.00 per person. This is a 4 week program where you, along with 2-4 other people will meet with a personal trainer 2 x a week for one hour each time. You’will get a total of 8 sessions for the low cost of $120. Although group personal training will not be as individualized as one on one training, you will get valuable knowledge and fun workouts with friends or co-worker! Group training is for healthy individuals who do not suffer from any joint or bone issues and are looking to increase their fitness level and possibly lose some weight.
