Cardio Boot Camp
This high intensity workout spans every discipline of fitness and is uniquely tuned to fit persons of all fitness levels. Whether you are just starting out and looking to get in shape, or at an elite level looking to get pushed to your limits, look no further than Cardio Boot Camp.

Butts & Guts
Tone those "trouble zones" using light weights and body resistance. Butts and Guts trains and tightens all regions of the lower body and core. This concentrated toning class focuses on the abs, glutes, legs and lower back.

Cardio Boxing
Cardio Boxing utilizes fundamental boxing, kickboxing, and Thai-boxing movements and exercises into an integrated cardiovascular conditioning workout for any fitness level.

Core Fitness
Integrated core, balance, and plyometric workout to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, muscle tone and overall well-being.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is described as meditation in motion, which
promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a great class for yogis of all levels, including beginners, that want a more relaxing practice. It emphasizes stretching and relaxation, as well as breathing techniques. It also incorporates balance and some strength-building poses, like warriors.

TRX
A new year brings a new way to train. The TRX system allows you to build functional muscle mass that is not bulky nor weighs you down by using your own body weight. A series of ultra strong handles suspend your body, allowing you to do a full body workout without ever touching the ground. If your cardio routine has started to slow down and weight lifting is not showing results, come and experience this full body overhaul for new and seasoned Fit-4-Life participants.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fast-paced, high energy class. It is appropriate for all levels. Power Yoga emphasizes strength-building and endurance poses, based around sun salutation series. It helps to build strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Shorin Ryu Karate
Shorin Ryu is a traditional Okinawan karate with a direct lineage extending back over 1000 years. It is known for its powerful strikes and low, whipping kicks.

Cardio Dance
An exciting, fun, dance based workout to improve cardiovascular endurance while following the moves of the instructor. You might even forget you are working out because you are having so much fun!
No previous dance experience needed.

Beginner Salsa
No prior experience needed.
In this class you will learn the basics of LA style Salsa. The instructors will help you craft your Salsa dancing skills including, the basic steps to Salsa and how to lead and follow. This beginner class will prepare you for our Intermediate Salsa class.

Intermediate Salsa
In this class you will fine tune your LA style Salsa. LA style Salsa is a more flashy and energetic salsa. You will be taught the basics, meaning musicality, basic steps, how to lead and follow. The class will get you ready to dance socially anywhere you here salsa music.
Everyone once in a while we will also be teaching steps for Bachata and Merengue.

Plyometrics
High energy body weight workout involving cardio and H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
Meant to build strength and endurance. Some prior workout experience is preferable for the class but not required.
Please bring plenty of water for the class.
