Fall Leadership Retreat

Students who wish to gain valuable knowledge and leadership experience in a more condensed manner can participate in the annual Fall Leadership Retreat, a three day/two night conference, which helps students develop leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

At the conference students will bond with peers and learn from USF St. Petersburg faculty, staff and alumni on a variety of leadership topics. Approximately 50 student leaders spend time together learning leadership skills and networking with their peers and administrators. The retreat is designed to facilitate a variety of leadership challenges on personal, small group and large group levels. First year students are encouraged to participate, as are sophomores and juniors serving in leadership positions on campus. Faculty, staff, a few alumni and students who have attended the retreat in the past serve as facilitators.
