Vehicle Reservations

To reserve a university vehicle for your professional needs as a USFSP employee/student: (Student drivers must receive authorization from an accountable officer)

1. Review the official vehicle use rules.
2. Check the calendar below for vehicle availability (blue = Ford Taurus; gold = Dodge Van).
   Then continue with Step 3 below.
   

3. If a vehicle is available, submit the Reservation Request Form.
4. Vehicle Reservation Services will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.
